How much will this cost me?
Unfortunately, we can’t answer this with any degree of certainty. Hopefully the information provided below will help you understand why this is the case.
Your employer chooses a contract with an insurance company, for example:
Company 1 chooses Medical Mutual and chooses plan A.
Company 2 also chooses Medical Mutual but goes with plan B.
The person who works for Company 1 owes a co-pay of $25/per visit.
The person who works for Company 2 pays $100/per visit until their deductible is met. Once the deductible is met, they might owe $25, or they might owe nothing.
Both people have Medical Mutual but they each owe a different amount. The above are just two examples out of hundreds of possible scenarios, which is why we can’t tell you what you will owe.
